Insurance and Payment Policy

Unity Medicine accepts most major insurance plans for primary care services, including prenatal care and pediatric care.  Integrative Ayurveda is not covered by insurance plans, therefore payment will be required at the time of service.  The interpretation of Functional Medicine tests is a specialized skill, which is typically not covered by insurance plans.   You will be required to sign our Office Policies & Consent, part of our New Patient Packet and available for download here.
