Olive oil?... or not?

You think that's olive oil you just bought? Estimates are that over 65% of the olive oil sold in the US is adultered, cut with cheaper oils, labeled as "produced in Italy" even though it does not come from Italy, and mixed with beta-carotene to disguise the flavor, and with chlorophyll for coloring. When buying, know your source!
